Received a free room upgrade to a superior double room which was of a particularly good standard. Further to this the lack of Hotel parking was compensated by a 30% discount at the nearest NCP car park. It would be easy for any inner city hotel to ignore an inconvenience such as this.

The general state of the hotel, food, clean (apart form a big stain on
the carpet in our room but everything else was spotless), everything
worked,modern, staff very helpful and courteous good at their job no
waiting around.

Very good location. Nice sized room. Helpful staff. Well decorated room and hotel in general.

I didn't think their breakfast buffet was very good - and the coffee was awful.

Comfortable beds. Efficient air-conditioning. Fridge in room. V.ery friendly staff

Decor in bedrooms, a little "tired." Little details missed, ie. frayed cushion cover, slightly torn duvet cover, but these are trivial complaints. For the price I paid, the hotel was excellent value for money

extremley helpful and friendly staff

would like a place to sit and have a quiet drink with my family. everytime we got back to hotel to have a drink the music in bar was extremley loud. although there was the princess lounge it was not a bar where we could have a nice relaxing drink- that was most dissapointing.

the beds & pillows, its central location

The smelly toilet, inferior towels,being downgraded to an inferior room, I cancelled a wake up call but this was ignored, the music in the first floor foyer was too loud & obstrusive - it was not background music, our room felt very hot even with the air con on maximum.

The staff were extremely friendly, nothing was too much trouble. I rang down to ask for more towels and there was a knock on my door within 5 minutes. Excellent service - would highly recommend!

Very spacious, comfortable room. Handy location (once we managed to find it!!) for city centre, shopping and food.

1) Excellent location. 2) the bar obsidian totally rocked on sat. Night
- good cocktails, good decor.

The bed was very soft - I prefer firm mattress. This is reason for my
low comfort rating.
