All rooms are brand new and have a contemporary decor.

Area information

The hotel has a great dockside location, and is within easy reach of the city centre for shopping, the football and the superb Lowry Centre.

The Lowry Centre boasts exhibition space for contemporary art and the works of LS Lowry, and also has 2 main theatres and studio space presenting a full range of drama, opera, ballet, dance, musicals, children's shows, popular music, jazz, folk and comedy. The Centre also features outlet and gift shops, restaurants, sport facilities and a cinema.

The Imperial War Museum North is also nearby in Trafford Park beside the Manchester Ship Canal. For sporting fans, there is the world-famous Manchester United Football Club and the Lancashire County Cricket Club - perhaps better known as Old Trafford.

Ramada Manchester, Salford Quays is the perfect place for people who come to Manchester for a business meeting, as a visitor to one of the exhibitions at Manchester Central (formerly G-Mex) or a leisure break to visit the historical city centre of Manchester, shop at The Trafford centre or watch a match at the ‘Theatre of Dreams', home of Manchester United.

Friendly staff, clean building (it was new), comfy bed, good shower.

6.5 pounds per day to park car! And that ran from 12noon, so I was in danger of paying twice as I stayed for a meeting!

Room key didn't work 4 times. My daughter had a stone in her risotto. Bar snack was sent to room, Car park exit ticket didn't work. I asked to leave the car in the car park for 2 extra hours and was told that it would cost me £10 per hour. A rip off!

It's near Old Trafford Football ground, where I was going

The computer stated that the room I had booked was a double-bedded one, and I had booked 2 single rooms. Eventually, the beds were separated. I asked that the bill for myself and my visitor (who stayed one more night than me) be charged to my credit card. When my visitor left, he had to contact a friend to pay the hotel bill - embarrassing!!

The hotel was convenient to Old Trafford and I could walk there and back. I could also get something to eat in the late afternoon.

cleanliness, friendly staff,modern and bright

because it was august when we stopped we booked this hotel because it had climate control in room, however try as we might we couldn't get the ambiant room temp below 22 degrees which was to hot for a restful night's sleep. Even the staff couldn't alter it. Also put a request in for a wake up call but was 25 minutes late !

Close to everything we needed.

The lift doors closed very fast and with not enough warning. Myself and
my friend both got hit by the doors when coming in and out of the lift.
